  • Your training program will be refreshed every 8 weeks, or sooner if need be. I’ll update your workouts to ensure they continue to challenge you and align with your evolving goals.

  • Yes, I offer personalised nutrition plans that are tailored to your goals, whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or simply improving overall health. Your nutrition plan will take into account your lifestyle, preferences, and any dietary restrictions you may have.

  • I’ll provide you with access to a fitness app where you can track your workouts, nutrition, and progress over time. We’ll review your metrics regularly, and I’ll provide feedback and adjustments to your plan to ensure you're on the right path.

  • Yes, I specialize in adapting training plans for clients with chronic conditions or injuries. We’ll work together to develop a safe program that supports your rehabilitation and helps improve your overall health.
