Tay is a wonderfully personable PT who truly listens to my goals, current situation and preferences in the gym. She pushes me to be my best while taking in and working with circumstances, such as female hormones and any injuries. Tay is building my confidence and supporting me to try things I never thought I would’ve (or could’ve). I see Tay weekly and it’s the best time of my week to reset, check in with myself and work towards my goals.
