I'm Elin, and I'm so happy you've found us. I am a passionate coach who specializes in binge eating, anxiety, and ADHD. I am here to support you every step of the way on your journey toward healing. I have walked this same path myself, so when I say I get it, I truly mean it.

My journey hasn’t been linear. I wasn’t always the “fit girl”—I struggled with all-or-nothing thinking, binge eating, and the cycle of “starting again Monday.” But my story proves it doesn’t have to stay that way.
One of my greatest gifts has been turning my own lessons into wisdom I can now use to guide others. Growth means challenging the patterns that once kept us safe but now keep us stuck—and the best time to start is always now.
As a coach, my mission is to bridge the gap between physical results and mindset transformation, so you don’t just change your body—you change your life.

The Empowered Woman (TEW) is a coaching program designed to help women heal their relationship with food and break free from overeating and self-doubt. It focuses on uncovering limiting beliefs, building self-compassion, and creating strategies that work for you to feel good in your own skin.
The program is for women who want to stop following restrictive meal plans or macros, break the cycle of overeating, reconnect with hunger and fullness cues, and find true balance in their relationship with food. It’s ideal for women who struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional eating.
You can apply for coaching by filling out an application or booking a free discovery call with Elin to talk about what’s possible for you and which coach will be the most suited to your needs. You can also message Elin on Instagram to see if you're a good fit for the program.
You will gain freedom from food restrictions, learn how to manage your overthinking mind, break the cycle of binge eating, reconnect with your body’s signals, and create healthier, intentional eating habits. You'll also get to connect with other women on the same journey.
The investment is $129/week - less than you're currently spending on your weekly binge foods.
The program requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, and there are options for continuing after that.

The program is designed to fit into your life with quick, implementable tasks that only require 10-20 minutes a week. The main commitment is your willingness to work on your relationship with food and engage with the resources provided.
This program is completely unique and a mix of personal experience (both Elin's 10 year journey with binge eating and 7+ years of coaching clients), scientifically backed methods. The program is holistic, combining techniques from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and somatic therapy (nervous system regulation) to help you get quick changes and not just sit around and talk about your problem.
