Hi, I’m Georgia,

an Accredited Practising Dietitian here in Australia and the face behind Diet IQ. I’m so glad you’re here!

 

Why I Created Diet IQ

To help Australian women ditch the diets, enjoy the foods they love and achieve amazing results (yes it’s possible!).

 

My approach is all about balance: 80% nutritious foods and 20% soul foods — because life’s too short to skip dessert.

 

I get it. Life is busy, and figuring out what to eat can feel overwhelming. That’s why I focus on simple, evidence-based strategies that fit into your lifestyle (not the other way around). No cookie-cutter plans, no one-size-fits-all rules. We’re a team, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.

 

A Bit About Me

Outside of coaching, you’ll probably find me at Yo-Chi, catching up on a true crime podcast or running around with Ollie (the cutie in the photo). The beach and I have a love-hate relationship (thank you red hair and pale skin), but I can never stay away for long.
