2. Am I eligible to use private health insurance to pay for this service?
Yes, if your private health insurance policy includes extras that cover dietetics, you may be eligible for a rebate. Check with your insurer to confirm your eligibility and the rebate amount.

3. Are there any clients you do not work with?

We can support clients with medical conditions where dietary changes are beneficial. However, our services may not be suitable for:

  • Individuals under 18 years of age

  • Clients with a history of eating disorders

4. How do I know which plan is right for me?
Choose IQ Premium if you want weekly accountability and detailed meal plans with regular touchpoints to keep you on track. Opt for IQ Lite if you prefer fortnightly check-ins with consistent guidance and support. Both plans include personalised calorie and macronutrient goals, daily habit tracking, and unlimited 1:1 messaging.

6. What kind of results can I expect?
Your results will depend on your consistency, effort and engagement with the program. Our focus is on creating sustainable, long-term changes rather than short-term fixes. By following the personalised guidance, engaging with regular check-ins and implementing the tools provided, you’ll be set up for steady, lasting progress.

7. Can I join if I have dietary restrictions?

Yes, Diet IQ can accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, but is not suited for low FODMAP diets.
